Art Donnelly and his partner Christine Delgado are 9-year residents of Mapleton. Art brings a wide variety of work experience to the MWD Board of Commisioners. Including 10 yearsof Non-profit Management, 20 years of designing and producing custom artistic metalwork and 10 years experience in building, rigging and repairing sailing yachts.
