Please note that if you have a past due balance on an active or closed account, that balance must be paid before a new service can be created.

A $25 application fee will be added to your new account and appear on your first bill.  Statements are available at the beginning of each month and due by the 25th day of the month.  Accounts with a balance of more than $25 at the end of the day on the 25th day of the month will be subject to a $5 late fee.
